摘要: 为实现盾构掘进过程的自动化、智能化以确保施工安全,必须构建有效的密封舱土压控制模型,这也是盾构技术研究的热点和难点之一。首先,从机理建模和基于现场数据建模两个角度,分别阐述盾构机密封舱土压控制模型的研究现状,对代表性的模型进行分析;然后,总结现有模型中存在和亟待解决的问题,如在不考虑土压平衡系统的时滞性、非线性、时变性等特性情况下建模,导致模型的鲁棒性和稳定性较差等问题;最后,对现有问题提出可行性方法,并对密封舱土压控制建模未来的发展方向进行展望。

Abstract: In order to achieve the automation and intellectualization of shield tunneling process and to ensure the safety of construction, it is necessary to build an effective pressure control model of sealed cabin, which is one of the hottest and the most difficult problems in shield technology. Firstly, the research status of sealed cabin’s pressure control model of shield was described from two aspects of mechanism modeling and field data modeling, and the representative models were analyzed. Then, this paper summarized the problems that existed in model and needed to be solved urgently were summarized, such as modeling without considering the characteristics of time-lag, non-linear and time-varying of earth pressure balance system, which leaded to poor robustness and stability of model. Finally, the feasible methods of solving existing problems were proposed, and the prospect of future research on the control model of earth pressure in sealed cabin was given.
