摘要

时滞现象广泛存在于工业过程系统中,常规控制器无法对难以获取精确模型的时滞系统进行有效控制。针对这类系统,结合跟踪-微分器获取微分信息的能力,利用 Smith预估器预测未来时刻输出,提出了一种改进的无模型自适应预测控制(IMFAPC)方法,并对提出算法的收敛性和稳定性进行了分析。该算法不需要被控系统的模型信息,仅需要实时的 I/O 数据,是一种数据驱动控制方法。数值仿真和水泥分解炉出口温度控制的仿真表明,提出方法在时滞系统控制中具有较好的控制性能和更快的响应速度,从而验证了提出方法的有效性。

Abstract

Time-delay is widely found in industrial process systems, and traditional controllers are not competent to deal with time-delay systems as the difficulty of precise modeling. For this type of system, combined with tracking-differentiator for obtaining differential information, an improved model-free adaptive predictive control (IMFAPC) method is proposed by using Smith predictor to predict future output. The convergence and stability of the method are analyzed. This method is a data-driven control method which does not require the information of the controlled system, only requires real-time I/O data. Numerical simulation and simulation of the outlet temperature control of cement calciner show the excellent performance and faster response of proposed method, and its effectiveness is verified.
