连续搅拌反应釜离散模型辨识与滑模控制

  

Abstract: This research mainly aims at the simplified model of the complex continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) chemical process, which presents a discrete-time state space modeling approach based on a large number of input and output data, by using the least square identification method. According to the model, a discrete-time nonlinear sliding mode controller is designed, and the stability is proved. In the simulation, the proposed approach is compared with the traditional PID, which illustrates the validity and practicability of the proposed approach.

摘要: 针对连续搅拌反应釜(Continuous Stirred tank Reactor, CSTR)的复杂化工过程,采用多输入多输出最小二乘辨识法,应用大量输入输出数据,得到易于控制器设计的离散状态空间模型。并根据得到的模型,设计了一种离散非线性滑模控制器,证明了其稳定性。最后,在MATLAB中进行仿真验证,与常规的PID控制方法对比,说明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
