Abstract

In order to convert the experience of operation to prediction criterion, based on factor analysis method, the equipment state analysis model is developed with conditional attributes as domain value distribu-tion by selecting the main factors that affect the equipment status. In the process of modeling, the triangular fuzzy number method is utilized to solve the discrepancy of domain value distribution and the actual distribu-tion, and eliminate the imprecise mapping relationship between object set and decision model. Finally, the case analysis is provided to verify the validity of the model, which shows a basis for accurate analysis and deci-sion-making of equipment status, and has guiding significance for equipment operation and maintenance plan making.
