燃烧优化控制系统为了使锅炉运行在最佳工况,因此需要对某电厂1号锅炉机组参数进行监视和设备控制,详细说明了燃烧优化控制系统如何利用Modbus协议实现与西门子TXP DCS通信的过程。TXP系统中的CM104通信器通过初始化文件配置和通信功能块的组态设计,完成Modbus主站开发;燃烧优化控制系统则基于VS2017平台进行软件设计,配置相应的Modbus从站功能。最后经过工业现场长时间的通信测试,开发完成的燃烧优化控制系统稳定运行、控制效果良好,能够满足与TXP系统实时通信及控制的需求。
In order to make the boiler running under optimal conditions, the combustion optimization control system needs to monitor the parameters and control the equipment of the No. 1 boiler unit in a power plant. This paper explains in detail how the combustion optimization control system communicates with Siemens TXP DCS using the Modbus protocol. The CM104 communicator in the TXP system plays the role of the Modbus master through the configuration of the initialization file and communication function blocks; the combustion optimization control system is designed based on the VS2017 platform and configured the corresponding Modbus slave functions. Finally, after a long period of communication testing of the industrial application, the combustion optimization control system runs stably and can meet real-time communication and control requirements with TXP system.
