摘要

针对直驱式风电机组接入低短路比的弱交流电网诱发次同步振荡问题,提出一种基于阻抗比稳定判据的控制器参数自适应调整的振荡抑制策略。首先,利用谐波线性化法建立网侧变换器的正、负序阻抗模型。研究表明,风电机组等效阻抗在部分频率点附近会呈现容性特性,接入感性阻抗低短路比弱交流电网线路后形成了串联振荡回路,进而引发次同步振荡。然后,以网侧变换器电流环的比例、积分参数设计为例,引入带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘法实时估计对象参数,并按照极点配置法进行控制器参数设计。同时,在代价函数中添加基于阻抗比稳定判据的约束条件,实现自适应 PI 参数调整。最后,通过时域仿真验证了所提控制策略的有效性。

Abstract

In order to solve the sub-synchronous oscillation problem of weak alternating current (AC) grid connected direct-drive wind turbines with low short circuit ratio, an oscillation mitigation strategy based on the adaptive adjustment of controller parameters and the impedance ratio stability criterion is proposed. Firstly, the positive and negative sequence impedance models of the grid-side converter are established by the harmonic linearization method. The analysis shows that the equivalent impedance of the wind turbines presents capacitive characteristics near some frequency points, and the series oscillation loop is formed after connecting to the inductive impedance weak AC grid line with low short circuit ratio, which triggers sub-synchronous oscillation. Then, the proportional and integral parameters of the grid-side converter current loop are designed as an example, the recursive least square method with forgetting factor is introduced to estimate the object parameters in real time, the controller parameters are designed according to the pole configuration method. At the same time, impedance ratio stability criterion-based constraints are added to the cost function to realize the adaptive adjustment of PI parameters. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by time-domain simulation.
